Anti-static floor သည် အခြားအမည်ဖြင့် dissipative electrostatic floor ဟုခေါ်ပြီး မြေအမျိုးအစားတစ်မျိုးဖြစ်သည်။ ဒါကြောင့် မြေကို ground သို့မဟုတ် မည်သည့် lower potential point တွင်ချိတ်ဆက်လိုက်ပါက charge ကို dissipation လုပ်နိုင်ပါသည်။ အဲဒီ resistance က 10 ၏ 5th power နှင့် 10 ၏ 9th power ohms ကြားတွင်ရှိပါသည်။ GB50174-2008 Code for Design of Electronic Information System Room ၏ page 20 တွင် section 8.3.1 မှာ anti-static floor သို့မဟုတ် ground ၏ surface resistance သို့မဟုတ် volume resistance သည် 2.5 × 104～1.0 × 109Ω ဖြစ်သင့်ပါသည်။
